Bag policy: almost no bags
- Q2 Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers.
- Exceptions: a clutch up to 8" x 5" x 1", medical bags, diaper bags with a child, and cultural bags.
- Lockers are first come, first served, outside the Northwest and Southwest Gates.
- You may bring one empty drink container of 30 oz or less and refill it at the hydration stations.

Getting there
- MetroRail: the Red Line stops at McKalla Station, next to the stadium. It opened in February 2024. CapMetro runs special event rail service on match days with extra trains on standby.
- Park & Ride buses: from North Lamar Transit Center (about 11 min), Pavilion (22), Tech Ridge (35) and Westgate Transit Center (65).
- Regular buses: routes 803, 3, 383 and 392.
- Fares: local bus $1.25 a ride or $2.50 a day. Commuter fare, which covers MetroRail, is $3.50 a ride or $7.00 a day.
- Rideshare: on Delta Dr., east side of the stadium next to McKalla Station, reached from Metric Blvd.
- Bike: free bike valet near Live Oak Park on the east side.
- Private shuttles are not run by Austin FC or the stadium, but they have their own drop-off areas.

Parking
- Buy parking ahead on SeatGeek. You need a mobile parking pass for any lot.
- Lots open 3 hours before the event. The Teal Lot opens at 5:30 p.m. for weekday evening events.
- Prices are not listed on the stadium's parking page.
- Tailgating is not permitted.

Heat
- There is a cooling station on the main concourse behind Section 134.
- Water stations are in several spots, including the southeast and northwest corners.

Where to sit
Sections 101 to 105 are the general admission supporters section for Austin FC home matches. Expect to stand for the whole match, and do not wear another team's gear there. The supporter groups Austin Anthem and La Murga de Austin are based at the south end. If you want to sit, pick a reserved section elsewhere.
Accessibility features include exterior ramps, elevators, a level 360-degree main concourse, ADA parking and a sensory room.
