Getting there and parking
- Plan on driving. The arena sits along the 183A toll road.
- General parking is included with your ticket at all Texas Stars games. For other events prices vary and buying ahead is cheaper. Parking is card only.
- More than 2,600 spaces. Premium Lot B and the Circle are limited.
- Veterans with disabled veteran or Purple Heart plates park free.
- Rideshare: drop-off is the circle drive in front of the east main entrance, reached from the 183A frontage road.

Bag policy
- Clear bags up to 16" x 8" x 16", no tint.
- Non-clear bags up to 5" x 9" x 2".
- Diaper and medical bags are exempt. All bags are searched.
- No outside food or drink. Water fountains are on the main concourse.
